Rotas and hispec clearance

Guys looking to get some 16inch rotas instead of my 17s,
question is will 16x7 with a et40 fit over the hispec billet 4pots?
keep reading that the R drive much better on 16s is this right?

It's bull about wheel size, try using the right tyres for your needs I.e road or track and having suspension set up correctly .
