Roof Aerial

Hi, my roof aerial is loose, although the screw is in tight - the aerial wiggles from left to right at the bottom. The base that is attached to the roof is on secure it's just the aerial itself. I can't seem to do anything to sort it out! has anyone else had this problem?

Or can u help me sort it as it is soooooo annoying when i stop at a set of traffic lights and all you hear is this damn aerial wiggling side to side!!!

u could try going to a local scrapyard and rip into a standard sunny
see how it comes apart,you be surprised how similar some things are
i got aload off bits off a saloon?
could save you damaging your roof lining

Cant you stick some tape around it to wedge it in abit as you tighten it down, use some ptfe or something.

that won't work, all the other sunnies have their aeriel in the a pillar, the gtir is in the middle of the roof

i'm going to try and fit some washers to close the gap, can't see how the Fu*k the gap got there in the first place though!! it just appeared....


any other ideas though?
