Repair and sell or break

I have a UK spec sunny GTiR "k" reg with a K*GTR numberplate its white with 131k miles on the clock. Runs and drives well and has had a recent new turbo (TT Hybrid)and Helix clutch when MOT'd. The car also has Goose,K&N, SSQV, Greddy profec B, whitline handling kit, new rear brake calipers last year, etc.
The rear arches are toast and there is a lot of rust in the rear inner arches around the turrets.I can weld it all but think cars not worth anything when repaired.

Would you repair or break the car?

If the rot is that bad then i would find a good clean shell (plenty about) and reshell it.

I've got a red car on the drive which is full of rot. The engine is going into another car, the box is on it's way down to London as i type to go into another car and the other bits are being sold on here. It means plenty of other car will go on.
