rear wheels screeching and i believe its locking up need help

Good day everyone....i need help,my rear wheels is screeching and i believe its locking up,i have disconnected the driveshaft to use the front wheels alone and the noise stop,but then i ran the car with rear wheels alone the noise is gone,i changed the transfer case and its the same problem,i open the rear diif and everything seems fine,i cant figure out whats the problem,has anyone experienced this,the only thing i havent opened yet is the gearbox to check the spider gear,could it be that????? please help

Any chance it's brake related; one of the rear callipers is sticking for example?

I think the diff for the front to rear is the one in the gearbox. Better have a look.
