rear subframe

Hi

Can anyone offer any advice to the best way to change the rear subframe bushes? (method etc)

take it out and strip it all down and use a hydraulic press to get the old ones out

The way i did it was to use one them small gas bottle things .concentrate the flame on the inner metal sleeve for about five minuets. The sleeve can then be removed easily, then you can prise the rubber out with a screwdriver ect... did this with the tie bars as well.
