rear stabilizer bar bolt stuck

i carnt remove the bolt that holds the rear stabilizer bar (radious bolt) to the rear subframe, i have undone the nut on the back of the bolt the bolt seems to be stuck in the bush and wont come out ived tryed hitting it and heating it up with no joy.

you carnt get in to hit it properly. also the one that ajusts the traking that bolt wont come out either.

have you tried some sort of pulley?

drop the whole lot on the floor then, will take about 10mins, problem solved
