Rear bumper has dropped, suggestions?

As above, my rear bumper has dropped (driver side). When i took the wheel + bumper off for closer inspection, i found the lip that the bumper screws in to, to be weak (could easily be wiggled about by hand)

So....options? Re-weld a new support? Has this happened to anyone else in here?
