really stupid engine rebuild question!

HELP

right i have got my engine back from being fully rebuilt and when looking around it i think i have found a small problem which needs sorting....but i am not sure.

the dipstick tube looks lower than normal can somebody measure it with out the dipstick in and tell me the height in mm from top to block!(not to the flat washer nearly at the bottom. :?: :roll:
