Rattling goose exhaust

The centre box in my mongoose exhaust's started rattling, the one in place of the cat. I was thinking of just taking it off and putting in a decat pipe. Has anyone done this before and just wondering if it's a good idea?

I know it'll probly make it a bit noisier but the rattle's doing my nut in makes my car sound like it's got a boogered gearbox when you give it some.

Good old "lifetime guarantee" Mongoose :?

Yes it can be done and your right it does make it a little louder but nothing to much. For not much more you could always just replace the centre box with a custom "ready made" one of the same proportions as the Gosse ones. Demon Tweeks have a few that'll fit.
