Quick question - shipping/courier charges?

Dunno if anyone on here actually works for a courier company, but maybe someone with expierence using them might be able to help me.

Basically I want to get a rough idea of how much it would cost me to have a set of alloys sent from the UK to the Republic of Ireland? Anyone ever sent any or recieved any and remember how much it cost? Don't mind if prices quoted are courier or regular postal service - just want to get a rough idea.

Whats a staples store?

Problem is I'm in Ireland. I'm trying to find a particular set of wheels but having a hard time, so thought I'd extend my search to the UK if the shipping cost isn't going to cripple me.
