While fitting a new turbo, I replaced the dump valve from a ARC thing (that didn't work) to the std issue Baileys, but the old one didnt have the thin vacuum pipe connected

can someone confirm that where I have connected this to/from is correct please?

Its connected to the inlet manifold right behind that green bracket thing-

Cheers

Ok, well the baileys was cheap so if it doesn't work I'll get something better :)
So can i just T piece that pipe for the FPR into the same pipe thats connected to the DV? Its never been connected since I had the car
My other vacuum pipe is split into Fuel pressure regulator - no pics of that just now, but I'll get one and stick that up too (worth making sure thats done right too)

theres another vacume port on the back/underneath of the throttle bodys you can connect you fpr to. you mite have to get a mirror in there to see it.

My car runs fine with a baileys btw

hi daz
is there still a separate fpr beside the strut top (blue thing)
cos russ fitted that when i got it mapped at wallace. if so u shouldent need a pipe on the standard one.
hope everything well we you bud

Hey Bob,
Aye the FPR is still fitted and plumbed in, it has a vacuum pipe attached. So that overrides the standard one then I am presuming :)

Just got the new turbo fitted - nightmare getting an actuator that would fit in the space, but all sorted and back in one piece now  Just about to swap out the Oil pressure sender unit, as the gauge has a life of its own now for some reason.
Hope the karting is still going well mate ;)
