quaife slight ticking

I know there is a bit of a whine to the quaife, but I also have a slight ticking sound coming from it when sittin idle.. would that be normal?

if you hear ticking at idle, press the clutch and then release it, it should go away, nothing to be worried about, just one of those things. But if it happens constantly there may be a problem im not sure.

goes away when clutched pressed..comes back when released..not a loud noise. The quaife has only just been fitted.

sometimes mine ticks/clicks but once i press clutch in then back out it goes away, mine does not do it all the time. It might not be the gearbox, might be the clutch, im sure someone with more knowledge than me will come along to help you out.

Sounds like the release bearing.
