Pulsar wont rev

Basically the car will idle really lumpy like it wants to cut out, and when moving away wants to stall, also will not rev past 2000rpm? Not very mechanically minded so any help much appreciated! nothings new with the car apart from i changed the jubilee clips for the fmic. This all happened when i was driving down the road, i pulled away sharpish and made noise then went as said above?! thanks Tom

as above, if its runnin rich, then its on the turbo side i.e from turbo to inlet manifold, if lean its from airfilter to turbo, prob gonna be rich though, it happened to me
