Pulsar problems

Hi guys
im having a problem with the pulsar basically when I first start it It will run ok once it warms up it's still ok boosts fine feels quite quick,but then something happens,it's like it comes on to boost makes all the noises but doesn't feel any where like what it does when it's cooler feels really slow and like its hesitating,iv changes the fuel filter and the plugs but still no difference any ideas or suggestions would be much appreciated

Look on serch function and it will tell you how to do a fault check. but mine was doing that before i set my TPS and ignition timing
