Problem with windows

Hi I have a question and i tried to search on the forums and couldnt find any onfo and was wondering if anybody could help me out please?

Both the drivers and passenger power windows tend to wind up very slow most of the time, sometimes quicker then other times.

Is there any easy way to fix this?

Try and lubricate them with some Silicon Spray. Spray on to the rubber seals where the window edges run against. It worked for me.
