Problem finding where coolant pipe goes.

I'm having trouble working out where the small hose above the thermostat goes. Is it for the turbo coolant return? It's the small pipe that comes off the water rail from behind the thermostat. Any clues would be a absolute god send.

Isn't that water in to the turbo? - Either way, if it's the one I think you're talking about; mine is connected to my turbo.
There's a metal line that goes behind the block and is connected to the larger hoses for the block?

Maybe post a photo if you want to be absolutely sure.

That's the one. I was hoping it was turbo. That'll explain a lot .
