Price for breaking a pulsar

hi just wondering how much should it cost me to get someone to break a complete R incluing engine and gearbox for me.

Just bear in mind that every Tom Dick and Harry is breaking cars now adays and this is driving prices down.

How much do you want for the engine as i can come round and take it out for you. I need an engine for my mates car so it must be a "good" engine.
