power steering belt??

where abouts is the tensioner for power steering belt?? i can only see the altanater tensioner & that cant be it? lol :-D

well just had a look & can see wer the tensioner rod is meant to go like the altonater 1 but guess wot there is no tensioner rod there?? so thats fuked that 1
