possible DET?

put my boost controller on my mates SAAB 900 2l turbo, as i wasnt working, seemed to work ok on his car:roll:

set it gradually to 1 bar and he was using 95ron

seemed faster as we turned the boost up, then suddenly engine juddered really bad, almost like it had come out of gear. is that det? will there be any damage?

put it back im my car and it seems to work again:evil:

i get a judder when i go around a left hand corner at speed on boost?! gonna check the wiring to the fuel pump but anyone have any other ideas. wierd i know...

What he said! Make sure the fuel pump is low enough in the tank and that the pick up is big enough.

is it called "surge" because fuel surges AWAY from the pump?
