Was told 7 for the front and 5 for the rear i think .

I make that 390 lb/in front and 280lb/in rear :shock: :shock:

You might be alright but the roads where I am are pretty awful B-Roads so I personally wouldn't go that stiff. You might be lucky.

Worst case, put the rears on the front and get some new 200lb/ft ish ones for the rear.
