Pipe benders!

Want to get a new intercooler pipe run made up in alloy with less samco.
Also a turbo inlet pipe (bore of 10cm!).

Want somewhere that can mandrel bend most of it, want as little welding as possible!

Anyone recommend anywhere? I’m down south!

Give them a bell and find out. Although I was under the impression that they did custom stuff. (I may be wrong tho )

Try speaking to any custom exhaust makers they should be able to do the job for you as its basically the same thing

I want some mandrel bends too but struggling to find them.Exhaust benders such as Powerflow don't do mandrel ones normally and only have up to about 2.5" bore .

You can try a company in slough called simpson race exhaust's they do mandrel bent pipe from 2" to 3.5" .

I got a quote for a full stainless system including 3" elbow and track day friendly sound level's...... £1000 wasn't to bad I thought

For Stainless only (not Ally)

You can try a company called Flo-line in Southampton on 02380 267313. I've been down there and seen the stuff they have on the shelf and it's good stuff, not polished but just good. All mandrel bent and roughly about £12+vat for a 3" 90 degree bend with 6" legs.

All I need is a Knackered T28 and a standard Turbo Elbow to make up a Jig and I'm going to start making up 3" Dump pipes and front pipes, they will be made to join up to middle box on the Goose.

u made it down there then m8! ill try and sort that turbo out soon m8. ive just mot'd my car and its failed so ive go a bit of work to do now!

have pipe work for sale

2.5 inch stainless.... no connecting hoses between pipes.... just two pipes.

1. from turbo to intercooler
2. intercooler to plenum
