passenger window

My passenger window goes down fine but comes up very slow does this mean I need a new motor or could it be something else

You could always try siliconing the rubber and greasing the mechanism to see if it helps with reducing the load on the motor.

Normally wiring not a issue but worth checking motor getting a good supply & no obvious signs of issues to plugs/cables.
Normally it the linkage & runners, if the glass tilts slightly then it pinches in the tracks & a 20 year+ motor & wiring plus aged runners does not help.
You can try tilting glass while winding window to see if makes big difference & if does take door trim of to investigate linkage & runners.
Silicone spray can help a lot but becomes a frequent job unless a bit overhaul is done.
