Panel filter or cone filter

What use guys think is best.

I currently have an apexi cone filter for my track R, I'm
thinking about going back to panel filter. I'm only really want to run around 300bhp. I was basiclly going to build a cold air box for the apexi filter to put behind the headlight or just put the standard air box behind headlight.

How much of a difference is there for mapping ect for the 2 different types.

I can't remember the name of the company but they are made for Evos IV-VI iirc.I'm going to sell it once my car is mapped for a z32 maf as I have a custom intake pipe that fits it.I also have a carbon fibre lid for it that looks awesome.Was going to have some kits made up but I spat the dummy out with my car and the idea got shelved.The guy wasn't keen to make any more, I had to really twist his arm to make me the carbon lid.
