has anybody got expereance with painting grey (tj1) that the r i painted?i was thinking about giving it a bash but not sure as its metalic.

metalic paints can be a bugger mate.
There are so many shades its hard to get it bang on, even with the paint code.
Wot is it your painting, if its not too big it might be worth getting it done by a bodyshop, that way you have some comeback if it goes wrong

well thats the thing.the only bits on my car i dont want to paint are the roof and rear hatch so full respray time.to get it right anyway.
