Painting a FMIC

Hi guys would anybody know what type of paint I could use on my FMIC? It maybe a SFQ but someone might have done it and found the perfect solution, cheers!

A good clean and rub down what you can with scotchbrite, a bit of acid etch primer and topcoat of your choice.

If you want to use aerosols then upol does a proper acid etch and some decent matt/satin black, cheap too.

I imagine it will come off the fins in time but you could blow over it again.

Great, cheers mate!! i'm sure the sprayers at work use etch so can pinch some off them!! Thanks again, i'll stick a picture up of the finished artical...!!

Well you have done it the opposite way around so its all good I quite like it as it looks random in the rear view mirror!
