I need to respray a mirror in tj1, ive got the little cans from nissan, how many coats gives the correct shade?
How many colour?
How many Laquer? does it need to be flattened off before laquer applied?

hi there
1, should be there right colour when u spray it for the first time
2,flat it down when u put the colour on then the laquer
3,then just give it a couple of coats of laquer let it dry in between coats

Spray the colour and let it flash off for about 5 mins, then spray the lacquer straight on top, do it in the warm aswell or it'll go cloudy. Keep applying the colour until you have full coverage, itll only be the wrong shade if you dont put enough paint on.

Prime it, then flat it,(if it already primed just flat it to give a good surface to apply the paint to) then spray the colour...let the colour flash off for approx 5 mins then apply the lacquer straight over the top.
If, heaven forbid, you get runs etc you can flat it and relacquer it. If theres any bits of crap in it you can flat it gently then polish it back up.
