im new to ordering parts from other countrys, but from what i gather if the company sending the part labels it as a gifft i dont pay any more tax. is this right?

9 times out of 10 if the parcel is labelled as a gift then no you wont...BUT...rossdj1983 said:

I think its cos your buying from abroad and the item hasnt got the VAT on it so the Government want there slice of tax on it,

Not very technical but you get the jist,just be prepared to fork out the tax just incase.
