os giken disc sequence

can somebody tell me the sequence the os giken twin plate clutch should be fitted

do we need a nissan release or will it have to be os giken bearing

If you want a nasty heavy pedal fit an OE release bearing, if you want a nice light pedal use a Gikken release bearing
