Os Giken Clutchs

I have a Os Giken super single clutch kit with the flywheel along with a quaife ready to go into my car but wanted to make sure the clutch would be up for the job.

Anyone who has actually had experiance with this clutch what sort of torque levels should i expect it to be capable of before starting to slip on a good launch?

it'll be heat from deliberately slipping the clutch at launch that warps the plates that will kill the os clutch before it slips due to the torque of your engine overcoming the clutch. (possibly the worst worded sentence i have ever constructed..lol)

If you dont slip the clutch you'll break the box, you'll just have to get use to rebuilding the thing if you want to drag on it. In saying that, simons lasted quite a while before it needed rebuilding.
