Buy it from Nissan, at least it will be new and should be 100% sound.

and 99.9% of the time, as long as your outer casing isn't to scared from any debris that might have been in the oil, you only need to replace the rotors and like Alan says, just the rotors are under a £100 inc VAT from Nissan.
