Oil leak from gearbox shifter seal

Anyone had the shifter shaft out of the case ?
The problem is that mine is leaking oil this way.
I have bought the 3 seals thats suppose to be there ( one is the outer rubber flex thingy ).

Anyone knows if this is fixable without opening the gearcase ?

Thanx...

Not a LOT though... A few drops everyday.

A friend has done a lot of gearbox work as well but he had no idea.
I'm going at it tonigh though :twisted:

have a couple of boxs apart in the workshop at work and cant see that it can be done in situ

Fixed....

The inner seal is a bit tricky NOT to brake when mounting
