oil change

Not long bought a gtir rnn14 im wondering what is the best oil i can get for it and plugs as I'm about to change them

5-40 5-50 10-40 10-50 and 10-60 I've used them all with out problem as long as you use a good quality synthetic oil you should be fine mate.

Plugs depends on what power and boost you're running mate if standard then fit standard plugs.

I tend to go for the 10-50 such as Silkolene or something like that. Those BCR8ES are dirt cheap on eBay
