Not Selling My "R"

Well due to a change of heart by my house insurance people i now have funds to coplete the roof :lol:

Which means im left with lots of debt but ..........

Im not selling the "R" :shock:

Gonna struggle on trying to pay it off so no new mods for the "R" for a while....

I would again like to say a big sorry to the guy who was gonna buy it and came up with the cash in 1 day , very impressive. You know who you are and im sure you understand !!!!
