Ill start From the Beginning...

We have planted one Engine from my old Pulsar into this one.
With loom and everything else. Except the ecu was a Greddy Emanage which,
I have cut at the T pieces and others had plugs on so they all connected back up with std Ecu and Injectors to see if its running.
Fuel Pump Primes and there is a spark. so doubt it is the Immobilizer.

Anyway i looks like the Injectors are not doing Anything. Plugs are bone dry.
there is pressure at the Rail... checked fuses.
Any Ideas?

flow and retuen lines the wrong way round on the injector rail, also check the injector plugs idividually with a multi meter for voltage with the ignition on and the car turning over

I thought i had the lines wrong but its not. The filter connects to the top rail feed and the one from the fpr goes straight down. I was told the multi meter can not pick up the signals as they are to fast??? But ill try that.
