no dash lights

So i moved my r to the lock up the other day and it started firat time from 3 months off sitting result!!!! But i didnt have any dash lights, everything else works fine. The flashers and other lights work of on dash just not the ones that light it up. I did have to change coloum controls for the mot to fix a head light isuee, could that be faulty?

You have dislodged something that supplies power to the dash

From my experience today, the dash lights are linked to the tail lights.
