I agree 16" wheels on a pulsar is the best bet, 17"'s are to heavy and you end up with hardly any side wall.

When we bought a new shape Scooby Sti that came with 18" as standard, We binned them after a month a fitted 17" and it was a lot better to drive.

Bigger isn't always better, Even on our Golf R32 it was the big 18" wheels that ruied the way that drove as well.

Stick some nice lightweight 16"'s on your pulsar and you'll be a happy bunny.

Id have 16's if i could fit them over my caliper's, im on the look out for a nice set of oz superleggeras (17's) they weigh about 6.9kg( without tyre) which is about as light as your gonna get with out spending mega buck's,

also worth taking into consideration is how heavy your tyres are!

id stick with the 16's though,

the actual nme cars ran 16s not 15 f 16 r, you cant do it on 4wd due to the differant rolling radius.

they also use the same size wheel's because of carrying a spare wheel.

Are you sure it wasnt one wheel size for tarmac and one for shail, its a bit hard to tell from your vid as i dont speak japanese.

Another thing is they happen to be the wheels i have.

I've just clicked on the link and it's fine. What AV are you using?

I did try the 330s under my 16x7s and the were abit tight. I think with a big spacer they may have fitted, but I didn't want to go that route. 16" Compomotive MOs will clear 330s with AP 4 pots, ask markturbo, but 17s may be the easier option.

Can you lock the front brakes easily? I feel I'm abit over braked at 315mm with AP 4 pots.

It wouldn't help. Before the tyre sizes it says, タイヤ meaning tyre.


Before the alloy wheels is says, ロードホイール that directly means "road wheels" that is probably janglish for alloys.

As has been said by others, all 4 wheels would be the same so my guess would be forest and road? It will be English as they've used Roman characters.

After the alloys it talks about the steering which is ...... rack and pinion. No surprises there really.

My opinon on the wheels size is as long as they fit over your brakes then they'll be fine. Fit better tyres rather than bigger wheels

in adverse condition's very easy! they seems to work very well though especially on a dry track.

Pulsarboby and hotsnot would be able to tell you more about them, ill have more of an opinion about them next week after cadwell park
