Take a look in the "England - South" section; that's the best bet to find other people in your area (although it doesn't look like anyone has posted there for a while, and I think all those reps are invalid too).

I've got a feeling there were a couple of people in the Hastings/Brighton area (because they were spotted in 2011)... but they may have moved on.
