my new engine has turned up with out spec book

anyway people dyno'ing my engine want to know certain things, ie

what is are the LAP AND PHAZE of Tomei 280 cams with 12.5mm lift,

dont know much about this so any help / thoughts appreciated

as want engine to be mapped as soon as poss
