need some help...

Hey folk might sounds stupid but i cant get my dizzy in to the head has anyone had this before or is there away round it i try wd40 and goodforce but can bearly get it in as far as the rubber seal. Any help is good cheers

you will need to back off the end clamp that holds the exhaust cam and the end of the dizzy, but if it was me i would undo all the clamps on that cam correctly so you dont bend it then torque it all back down

you do realise the dizzy only goes in ones way? the lugs are offset on the shaft.

ive never had to undo the cam bracket.

Chances are the rubber seal is preventing it. Remove it and try without, if it goes in easily then thats your problem and you need a new seal.
