IT DRIVES NICE WHEN DRIVING NORMALY BUT AS SOON AS I WANT TO OVER TAKE IT POPS BANGS AND WILL NOT GO, ALSO IDLES ERATICALY AND WHEN HOT HARD TO STAR, HAS JUST HAD IN LAST FEW MONTHS ANOTHER ENGINE PLEASE HELP THIS IS MY SECOND R

Sounds like coolant temp sensor,as said above,do a fault code check first.

mine did exactly the same when i first got it. my mechanic 'ZIA' came over and it was diagnosed as having a split boost hose, sorted in 2mins.

Fault code check procedure.

So when you floor it, its starts spluttering...

And its hard to start...

Sounds like you need to change your Plugs, Leads, Rotor arm etc...

Also give the MAF a good clean...

Sometimes the simple answer can be the right one...

Sounds like one of the boost pipes has a split! When the engine gets hot it heats the silscone so that its softer making the split open causing more probs!
Had that prob before myself!

If it has a top mount and the plugs have been replaced check the boost hose that runs under it has been reconnected.

I had the same proplem and ended up being a ht lead tracking. Changed it and all fixed. It was a arse to find though.
