Mystery vacuum pipe???

Hello all
Had my 91 pulsar off the road for a couple of years,slowly restoring and upgrading,mainly in the engine bay replacing all hoses,painting brackets etc,nearing completion I've found a vacuum pipe I can't remember where it goes!!!On the N/S of the bulkhead,behind the steering rack gaiter there is a bracket which secures 5 steel pipes,2 fuel,2 brake lines and 1 vacuum pipe,on the end of the steel vacuum pipe is some rubber vac pipe coming forward from the bulkhead above the gearbox area 6-8 inches long with a hose clip on it.Doesnt seem to be any vac valves within reach of the pipe or am I missing a part all together??!!

Thank for your replies,not sure I have that black carbon canister,only one is the engine breather on front of head under intercooler.So is the pipe just a breather then NOT a vacuum pipe?
