Guys,

I really need your help, basically my local garages won't pass my car with the goose on it due to it being too loud. Could you let me know which garages you use so that I could try them.

did you try the VT 17 appeal form route.
if not call the testers bluff,fill the form in in front of him.
now go and ring your local VI office and tell them what happened,they will either ring the station or get you and your car to the station and they will retest the car.

if its found in your favour then you pay nothing if it goe's against you you have to pay again.

the VI will be a lot fairer than the tester and 9 times out of ten you the customer wins.
