Is it a full mongoose system with a 5" tip sharpygti ? If so how much ? Im from wales so i could collect possibly

It's a down pipe and cat back with 3.5" tip.. I might have a decat but would have to check. I'm open to offerers. I can sort it out at the weekend and send you some pictures or you can come and view.
