Not a tuner as such but has a few things in his shop. Nice bloke though, his name is Julian. 
He sells 'R's and scoobys and also breaks them but phone him first for the bits as he doesnt seem to keep the cars on site been there a couple of times as its not far from me (shop is in Bromsgrove)
