LSD Rear?

So, just wanted to know what years did they start making GtiR's with a LSD rear end?

i believe they all have an lsd in the rear.

They were all viscous based LSD's unless u had another one fitted at the factory aka Nismo or an aftermarket one. Should have a yellow sticker on the top on on of the side saying Viscous LSD.

is it possible to see this sticker without removing the diff? the one on the top i mean.

Possibly with a mirror. You wouldnt be able to get your head anywhere close enough to see, and that depends if the stickers covered in dirt or not.

is there any other way of telling? ive checked mine and i have no sticker on the side near the breather pipe.

thats a tiny sticker in the photo, nearly missed it and definately the sort of thing that gets pulled off
