at the moment my car is about 35mm on springs but is woz thinkin if i can deck the shit, the only thing im warred bout is if the wheels gana rub.

I have seen 60mm before i think they were spax springs but were for the SunnyGTi not the R. I think the owner's changed them now though

I'd me more worried about the driveshafts, cv joints, gear and transfer box cause they aint cheap to replace and thats a lot of strain to but on them. The fronts already point back quite a lot as it is without pushing them up as well.

keep it a 35 or 40mm drop max or the parts mentioned above will wear prematurely
