cars been smokin lately and with advice {thanks} its down to rings fooked or turbo, can anyone advize wat rings or where to get turbo reconditioned, i havnt a clue, is it costly?? big job?? wat are my best options please help out i dont want to drive the car around like this so i want to get it sorted as quickly as possible :shock: so any :idea:

If it's rings just get some new ones from Nissan. While you have your engine in bits i would sling in some forged pistons in at the same time.

As for turbo, what spec do you want to go for and what is your budget?
