LF:toweye cover and a tow hook

Hello im looking to see what everyone has or know where available to get thes parts. i want to get a tow hook like this:

and a toweye cover that fits into the bumper and allows for this to come threw
let me know what you have thanks

They might not work with the standard tow eye cover.
