Larger IC pipework possible probs?

as im going to be running a blowthrough setup on the R i just want to check this out first before i go for it.

the new maf and dump vlave t piece are 75mm diam compared to 63mm IC pipework. as the total length of this new pipework is about 12" would that be a sufficient distance for the boost pressure to drop off and then pick up again when it goes into a reducer before the intake manifold.

could this potential to 'lose' pressure (as its spread over a larger volume) cause the engine to run irregularly as it would be thinking that a certain flow of air was passing through when in fact the pressures would be different or am i over exaggerating the point entirely?

It should be fine. I'm using a mixture of 90mm and 76mm piping. I wanted to do 90mm throughout but it was soooo expensive I opted to keep most of it at 76mm. The 90mm bits I have are the throttle body, AFM and supercharger with steps up to them from 76mm.

The idea is that the AFM has a restriction inside it ( the sensor ), and taking that away from the available space still leaves more volume than the smaller 76mm pipe so hopefully less restriction.

I wouldn't worry about it unless your aiming for stupid amounts of power.
