Larger compressor outlet clearance problems

Looking to fit something like this to mate to a 3" inlet.Has anyone done anything similar to connect to compressour outlet(turbo is md214 but standard dimensions)?I want to know if you had any clearance issues with the gearbox as its very tight already without going bigger.

Whats the standard outlet measure again?Can't remember if its 51mm or 56mm?

If you are talking about the standard turbo you can fit this without any problems.

I fit a 3071 without clearance rpoblems (it's true that the coupler that is coming out the compressor housing to the air filter might have some problems)
